After a unique year, we have a new set of candidate feedback from Q4 2020. The results are presented in the graphs below along with comments from some of our successful candidates. We have maintained results towards the excellent end of the classification with our best ever overall rating. Our clients know that Healy Hunt will present their corporate images in the most positive light while preparing candidates to present themselves effectively during the selection process. Our overall recruitment experience was rated as excellent by 99% of successful candidates who responded. The feedback process is part of our post-placement follow-up that 98% of placed candidates confirmed they had received (the feedback process does not count as a follow-up in its own right).

Consultants’ knowledge of the role has seen a 2% increase in excellent ratings this time around. This metric measures the clarity with which the details of a role are communicated between Healy Hunt, our client contacts and the candidate. Role descriptions can move during a recruitment process due to dynamic change within the recruiting organisation and sometimes due to the skills of candidates who are placed along the way. It is positive to see our top rating increase at a time when communications have been stretched. This is an area where we will continue to focus while maintaining the flexibility required to achieve the best results for client and candidate alike.

At a time when recruitment processes have changed dramatically, there has perhaps been slightly more certainty in the format of interviews and fewer of the factors that sometimes cause last-minute changes. The credit for our excellent preparation feedback still belongs to our consultants. We will work with our clients when the return to office starts to build on the lessons learned in order to maintain this improved rating.

Overall our candidates say we are doing well compared to other recruitment companies and the results have seen another significant jump above average but there is no complacency at Healy Hunt.
