Healy Hunt is delighted to announce the appointment of Lola Puddephatt. Lola joins us from HSBC Innovation Banking and becomes a key member of the leadership team as Head of Financial Services. She will be tasked with leading the team, adding value to our existing client relationships and growing the business.
It’s the latest chapter in a long story. Rewind to 2006. Our MD, Mark Johns, and Lola set up JP Banking Solutions. They built a successful specialist banking search consultancy with a great reputation and an equally impressive client base. They eventually sold the business to Consort Group and became part of the leadership team that would subsequently sell again to The Rethink Group.
At that point, their paths diverged. As Mark was joining Healy Hunt, Lola took the decision to move in-house as a Talent Partner for Metro Bank, before going on to become the Head of Specialist Recruitment. Lola then went on to join SVB UK, responsible for hiring top quartile talent in specialist areas of this high-growth successful bank in EMEA.
Now, Lola boomerangs back to the other side of the fence, with a glowing reputation and a breadth of skills, insight and contacts that would positively impact any search consultancy. Her experience of working at the heart of two scaling Financial Services firms will be of incredible value when aligning our services to the needs of our clients.
